Terms of Service

Effective June 25, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lanza AI ("Lanza," "we," "us," or "our") at lanzaai.com. Lanza is a product of Endurant Healthspan, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Endurant Healthspan"), which is the contracting party under these Terms.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lanza.

The service

Lanza is an AI-powered marketing service for doctors and small medical practices. It helps you plan, draft, review, schedule, and publish marketing content across connected channels such as social media, video platforms, and Google Business Profile, and it can read analytics from those channels. Over time Lanza may add advertising and other channels.

Lanza may change features over time. We will try to avoid breaking core workflows without notice, but we may update the product as it evolves, and connected platforms may change or remove their own functionality outside our control.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and using Lanza for a business or professional purpose. Lanza is not a consumer service and is not directed to children.

By connecting a platform account or publishing through Lanza, you represent that you own or are authorized to manage that account, the practice it represents, and the content you submit, schedule, or publish, and that you have all rights and consents needed for that content.

Not medical advice

Lanza provides marketing tools and draft content. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision support.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that published content is accurate, appropriate for your specialty, and compliant with applicable laws and professional standards, including FTC advertising rules, FDA rules for any regulated products or claims, and the advertising and testimonial rules of your state medical, dental, or professional board.

Your account and responsibilities

You must provide accurate account and practice information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Do not enter patient names, patient stories with identifying details, diagnoses, treatment records, insurance information, or other protected health information (PHI) into Lanza. Do not upload patient photos, testimonials, or other identifiable patient information unless you have obtained and can document the patient's written consent to use it for marketing.

You must comply with the terms of each connected platform (including Google, YouTube, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn) and with the medical advertising rules that apply to you.

AI-generated content and your responsibility

Lanza uses artificial intelligence to generate drafts, recommendations, and analyses. AI systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and can produce content that is biased or non-compliant. Every output Lanza produces is a draft and a suggestion, not professional, legal, medical, or regulatory advice.

You are the publisher of record for everything published from your account. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for clinical accuracy, claim substantiation, regulatory compliance, and appropriateness before it goes live, and you are solely responsible for all decisions you make using Lanza. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from content you approve, schedule, or publish.

Autopilot and autonomous publishing

By default, Lanza prepares content for your review before publishing. You may optionally enable autopilot or auto-publish, which lets Lanza schedule and publish content to connected channels without per-item review.

If you enable autopilot, you accept responsibility for content published on your behalf under the settings and approvals you configured, just as if you had reviewed each item. You can disable autopilot at any time in your settings. Some platforms restrict autonomous or public posting (for example, TikTok limits automated posting and may require posts to remain private until an app review is completed); Lanza follows those platform restrictions, which may limit autopilot for certain channels.

Connected platforms and third-party services

Lanza connects to third-party platforms at your direction through official authorization (OAuth) flows. You authorize Lanza to act on connected accounts only within the permissions you grant, and you can revoke access at any time from within Lanza or from the platform. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, content removals, or other actions imposed by those platforms.

By using Lanza to access or interact with YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Google services through Lanza is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

When you publish to TikTok through Lanza, you control each post's visibility and privacy settings and you confirm TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, its Branded Content Policy. Your use of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), X, and LinkedIn through Lanza is likewise subject to each platform's own terms and policies, which you are responsible for following.

Lanza is an independent service. It is not endorsed, sponsored, certified, or verified by Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, or any other platform. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party service compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Lanza in connection with any connected platform or service complies with:

  • the terms of service and policies of each connected service;
  • all applicable laws and regulations;
  • industry-specific compliance requirements, including healthcare and medical advertising rules; and
  • data protection and privacy laws.

Advertising (when connected)

Lanza may let you connect advertising accounts (such as Meta Ads and Google Ads) to plan, draft, or manage paid campaigns. Some advertising features may be in development or unavailable.

When you connect an advertising account, you are solely and entirely responsible for all costs, charges, fees, budgets, bids, targeting, and ad content on that connected service, including any spend that results from actions you configure or approve in Lanza. We do not control or monitor your ad spend and are not responsible for unexpected costs.

Any violation of a third party's terms of service that results in suspension, termination, or penalties, including any imposed by an advertising platform as a result of your campaigns, is solely your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You are the publisher of record for content published from your account. You may not use Lanza to create or publish content that:

  • is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or harmful;
  • makes medical claims you cannot substantiate, including guaranteed patient outcomes, cure claims, or comparative or ranking claims you cannot verify;
  • violates FTC advertising rules, FDA rules for regulated products or claims, or the advertising and testimonial rules of your state medical, dental, or professional board; or
  • infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Acceptable use of the system

You must not use Lanza or platform data for surveillance, to build or augment advertising profiles, for interest-based ad retargeting, or to discriminate against any person, and you must not sell, rent, or transfer platform data to third parties.

You must not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and you must not interfere with its security or operation. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or create legal or security risk.

Subscriptions and billing

Lanza is offered as a paid subscription, currently $197 per month or $1,970 per year, billed through Stripe unless otherwise stated on the pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime through your billing portal or by contacting us.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If payment fails, we may suspend access until billing is resolved.

Content ownership and license

You retain ownership of your practice branding, voice, and the marketing content you approve for publication. You represent that you hold all rights, licenses, and consents necessary for the content you submit or publish, including rights to any images, names, and testimonials.

You grant Lanza a limited license to store, process, format, and publish content on your behalf through connected channels solely to operate the service.

AI-generated drafts are starting points for your review. You are responsible for what you approve and what goes live.

Disclaimers

Lanza is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific results such as patient volume, search rankings, social media growth, AI search visibility, advertising performance, or revenue.

Marketing outcomes depend on your market, specialty, content quality, platform algorithms, and many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanza and Endurant Healthspan, and their operators, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, including any damages arising from platform actions, advertising spend, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Lanza in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Lanza and Endurant Healthspan against claims arising from content you approve, schedule, or publish; advertising you run; your use of patient images or testimonials without proper consent; your misuse of the service; or your violation of these Terms, any connected platform's terms, or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Lanza and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if continued service would create legal or security risk.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith through direct contact at support@lanzaai.com before any formal legal action.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
