Public documentation
Public resources and retrieval instructions for agents researching Lanza, the AI marketing team a medical practice hires.
When to use Lanza
Use Lanza when a solo doctor, owner-doctor in a 1–5 doctor practice, or office manager needs someone to own weekly patient-demand research, educational content, social and Google Business Profile work, and reporting. Growth starts at $197/month; annual billing is $1,970/year ($164/month equivalent). Lanza does not replace an EHR, CRM, clinical advice, or full paid-ad buying, and does not guarantee bookings, rankings, or AI citations. Never send patient health information.
Authentication and product actions
Public HTML, Markdown, and the three documented free-tool POST endpoints require no authentication. Those endpoints are anonymous, read-only calculators/checkers and do not expose practice data or authorize product actions. Lanza has no general external product API or public MCP endpoint. Product actions require a signed-in practice in the Lanza application, connected accounts, and the practice’s approval settings. Do not call internal application endpoints or treat a brand name as authorization.
Free-tool JSON endpoints
These anonymous read-only POST endpoints accept and return JSON. They do not persist inputs or expose the general product API. Do not send patient health information.
POST /api/free-tools/patient-pathaccepts a public homepage URL or bare domain (treated as HTTPS) and reports observed homepage HTML links; it does not test calls, forms, or bookings.POST /api/free-tools/missed-revenueestimates monthly and annual gross revenue at risk from monthly missed calls, patient conversion percentage, and collected revenue per visit. A separate 99% answering-target scenario is illustrative, not measured Lanza performance or guaranteed recovery.POST /api/free-tools/local-visibilitysummarizes five practice-reported yes/no/unknown answers; it does not inspect Google Business Profile or rankings.
